I remember the day my parents died.

Some people infiltrated my home and passed a control quirk over to my mother and father. Dad almost shot me.
Kyoka's Narration
Mom's Demon Snow killed him and then mom tried killing me. Demon Snow killed her too.
Kyoka's Narration
After that I blacked out and found myself in a hospital bed..

*looks around and sees two people sitting down in the room*

My name is Shota Aizawa and that's Nemuri Kayama or you can call her Midnight if that's easier.

Are you people heroes? You're in costumes.

The two heroes went outside of the room and closed the door.

We could take her into the teachers dorms and she could stay with us?

And that's how my story started.

My name is Kyoka Izumi. I like bunnies and cats. My quirk is Demon Snow and I today was the last day of Junior High.

I'm currently going home with my best friend Kyoka Jiro.
Kyoka's Narration
We met on the first day of Junior High and instantly clicked.

I'm so excited for the UA entrance exams tomorrow! But I need to ask are you taking the recommendation exams?
Kyoka Izumi
No, I decided to do the normal exams. It will let me prove that being the daughter of a pro hero doesn't mean I get everything handed to me.
Kyoka Jiro

I just really wanna make dad proud.

I bet you will, you're definitely gonna get in with Demon Snow!

They reach the area where they go seperate ways.

I'll see you tomorrow and hopefully we both make it into UA!

They both go home and then comes the next day.
Narrator
Kyoka's still sleeping.

*knocks on her room door*

*walks inside and wakes up Kyoka*

*yawns* Hm?

Come on! Jiro is waiting for you downstairs do you want to be late for the exams??

Huh? Oh! *quickly gets up and gets ready*

Kyoka meets Jiro and her dad down stairs.

It's what she likes to call me dad. Anyways I'll see you later, bye! *grabs Jiro and runs out of the teachers dorms with her*

*stops her from running* We aren't gonna be late if we walk don't worry.

*sigh of relief* Alright.
Narrator
After about 5 minutes of walking they are close to the entrance exam gates.
Kyoka Izumi
Thank goodness. We're almost ther- *gets pushed on the ground by someone*
Kyoka Jiro
A- Hey! How about an apology!!
Katsuki Bakugo
Just get out of my way extras!
Kyoka Izumi
*gets up* You know you could've just walked around that was always an option??
Katsuki Bakugo
Shut up you extra I don't wanna hear it.
Kyoka Izumi
Don't you dare call me extra! We aren't in a TV show and you AREN'T the main character!
Katsuki Bakugo
Tch. *walks off*

Well that was rude.

Yeah, seriously.

After that annoying interaction they go inside the exam hall and listen to Present Mic's speech later they go to their designated battle grounds.

💭 I've never seen this before. It's kind of surprising I've lived here for 5 years but never saw all these facilities. 💭

*sees that rude boy*

💭 Oh it's him. I should probably apologize to him for shouting so that we gets on good terms. 💭

*goes up to him and taps on his shoulder* Hey?

What the hell? *turns around* Ugh, it's you what do you want extra.

*bows* I apologize for shouting at you before I should've handled the situation better.

I don't have time for your lame a$$ apology. Stop bothering and go away you dumb extra, you're in my way. *walks off*

... 💭 WHAT IS WRONG WITH HIM. I'm just trying to get on good terms so that if we both get in we wont argue all the time but this is just annoying. 💭

Then the gates opened and the exam started.

About 2 times before Bakugo got to blow up a robot Demon Snow cut the robot into pieces.
Narrator
The same happened to Kyoka when she tried attacking a robot with her katana, Bakugo blew it up.
Narrator
After the exam Bakugo and Kyoka had a lot of tension between them and exchanged bad looks before Kyoka left.
Kyoka Jiro
Hey Kyozumi!

Oh Jiro.
Kyoka Jiro
So how was the exam?
Kyoka Izumi
Terrible. I hated it.
Kyoka Jiro
Did you not get to destroy the robots?
Kyoka Izumi
Oh I destroyed robots. It's just that pomeranian guy we ran into.

I was about to attack a robot TWICE and he exploded it right before my eyes! And he smirked so I know it was on purpose!

Then the next day came.

Kyoka and the other faculty members were having breakfast when Midnight walked in.

*snatches letter out of her hand*

A week passed by and Kyoka found out Jiro got into UA too. Then more weeks passed by and it was the first day.

Today we are going through some tests for your quirks.

After that everyone else had a go and did the rest of the tests. Kyoka came in first place with Bakugo as a close 2nd.

Then it was after school when Kyoka and Jiro saw Midoriya, Uraraka and Iida and ran up to them.

IIDA! MIDORIYA! GRAVITY GIRL! WAIT!

Midoriya, Uraraka and Iida stopped and looked at Kyoka and Jiro in front of them.
